Who am I? I have spent my professional life talking and listening to people from all walks of life, from the unemployed to senior members of international organisations around the world. I feel that my experience and background in psychology and psychotherapy along with voluntary work with children in the NACCC have given me invaluable insight guiding my current work. All of these involve interacting with people, making sense of complex information and helping individuals and couples implement lasting positive change. I am originally from Southampton and have lived and worked in America, travelling extensively around the world, both for spiritual exploration and enjoyment. With this in mind I see myself as a catalyst to help people to understand themselves better, to sort out what is worrying them or holding them back and to identify ways of moving forward with clarity and confidence. This allows clients to remove real or perceived barriers and take positive steps towards their own personal growth and empowerment. Having spent a number of years in well known City Institutions, I have an understanding of the culture and lifestyles associated with these environments. This gives me a particular insight into the unique pressures and challenges faced by clients from such a background.
